ACM K-12 Task Force Committee Curriculum Survey Results
Allen Tucker's Committee on [non-AP] Computing Curricula conducted a survey using the AP listserv and HS computing teachers on ISTE's (International Society for Technology in Education) SIGCS (Special Interest Group on Computer Science) listserv. This survey was conducted in August, 2002. Here are the questions asked in the survey:

1. Is there a state mandate/supported curriculum for HS computer science in your state? If "yes," please list the courses for each grade.
   
2. Are you required to work from specific curriculum guidelines (either state or school mandated)?
   
3. Are the computer science courses in your state offered as mandatory courses or electives?
   
4. At what level are decisions made concerning which courses are offered in your school?
   
5. What kind of certification is required to teach computer science in your state/district?
